• LEXON USA does NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, or APO addresses or outside of the USA

STANDARD SHIPPING

• shipments via UPS Ground,
• Once your order is marked as "Shipped". Standard shipping takes approximately 3-7 days transit time
• TRACKING INFORMATION IS EMAILED FOR MOST ONLINE ORDERS

• Depending on the delivery location the driver may or may not require a signature. The package may be left with a neighbor, at the building office, or in a secure location based on the driver’s discretion.

SIGNATURE REQUIRED OPTION

1.       The delivery driver will obtain a signature from someone at the delivery address. If no one is at the address, a delivery reattempt will be made the following day.

2.       Signature required overrides any recipient release that may be on file for deliveries to nonresidential addresses.

3.       If you will be unavailable to sign for the package at your shipping address you will need to contact the carrier to arrange for the package to be rerouted.

DAMAGES OR DEFECTS

• ALL ORDERS MUST BE INSPECTED UPON DELIVERY
• Damages and defects MUST be reported within 72 hours contact us at 1-561-223-2220

• Images may be needed to ascertain damage
• We will promptly arrange a replacement or return
